[Instructions]① Wash the fresh mushrooms, squeeze out the water, and slice them thinly. ② Wash the tofu and cut it into small cubes. Wash and drain the shrimp. ③ Heat sesame oil in a pot, then stir-fry the shrimp briefly. Pour in boiling water and transfer the mixture to a clay pot. ④ Bring the clay pot to a boil, then add the tofu cubes and sliced mushrooms. Bring to a boil again, then add MSG, salt, and white pepper powder.

Grilled fresh mushrooms
[Ingredients]400g fresh mushrooms, appropriate amounts of chicken essence, soy sauce, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, white sugar, sesame iodized salt, starch, sesame oil, clear broth, and peanut oil.
[Instructions]① Wash the fresh mushrooms and remove any impurities. ② Heat a wok over high heat, add a little peanut oil, then sauté minced scallions and ginger. [Ingredients]400g green beans, 50g shiitake mushrooms, 15ml vegetable oil, 10ml soy sauce, appropriate amounts of salt, cooking wine, scallions, ginger, MSG, and chicken broth.
[Instructions]① Wash the green beans, remove the pointed ends, and tear off the strings on both sides as you do so. Break them into 3 cm long pieces (breaking them makes them easier to flavor than cutting them into pieces). ② Remove the roots and dry skin from the scallions and slice them thinly; wash and mince the ginger. ③ Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water (about 2 hours), then wash them to remove any dirt and cut them into 1 cm wide strips. ④ Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add the scallions and ginger to sauté, then add a little cooking wine and chicken broth (or water). Add the green bean pieces and shiitake mushroom strips, soy sauce, and salt, stir-fry evenly, cover the wok, and simmer over low heat until the green beans are tender. Add MSG before serving.

Add salt and MSG, stir-fry briefly, and it's ready. Serve as a side dish.
